The Signature Day Package

Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and are looking for professional day-of support to keep everything organized, on time, and stress-free.


This package includes coordination support for weddings with up to 140 guests and includes 6 hours of wedding day coverage.

30-Day Pre-Wedding Planning Meeting

An in-person meeting approximately 30 days before your wedding to review your plans, discuss logistics, and create a detailed day-of wedding timeline.

Custom Wedding Day Timeline

Ongoing Phone & Email Communication

Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline to be shared with your vendors, family, and wedding party so everyone knows where to be, when to be there, and what to expect.

Ongoing support leading up to your wedding with a 48-hour response time for questions, updates, and final details.

Includes a 1-hour venue walk-through to review layout, logistics, setup details, vendor access, and guest flow.


Rehearsal Coordination

$100 + travel
Includes 1 hour of rehearsal coordination to walk through the ceremony flow with the wedding party, family, and key participants.


Additional Wedding Day Coverage

$100/hour
Additional hours can be added to extend wedding day support beyond the included 6 hours of coverage.


Additional Phone or Teams Meeting

$50 per 30-minute meeting
Perfect for couples who would like extra planning support or an additional check-in before the wedding.


Additional In-Person Meeting

$100/hour + travel
For couples who would like additional in-person planning support before the wedding day.


Additional Setup Labour

Consultation required
Available for weddings requiring extra hands-on setup assistance. Pricing will depend on the scope, timing, location, and labour required.



Important Notes

The Signature Day Package includes support for weddings with up to 140 guests.

Weddings with over 140 guests may require an additional coordinator to ensure the day runs smoothly and guests, vendors, family, and the wedding party receive the proper level of support. Additional fees may apply.

Travel is charged at $0.85/km, where applicable.

Final pricing may vary depending on guest count, location, timeline, setup requirements, travel, and overall coordination needs.


The Seamless Month Package

Starting at $2,500


Perfect for couples who want more hands-on support in the final stretch before their wedding day.


This package is designed to provide extra guidance, organization, and coordination during the month leading up to your wedding, so the final details feel manageable, organized, and supported.

Includes all Services offered in The Signature Day Package +


Booking & Finalizing Vendors: Support with booking, finalizing, and confirming vendor details so everyone is aligned before the big day.


Venue Site Visit: A 1-hour venue walk-through to review layout, logistics, setup details, guest flow, vendor access, and any important day-of considerations.


Rehearsal Coordination: 1 hour of rehearsal coordination to help guide the wedding party, family, and key participants through the ceremony flow.


Last-Minute Detail Support: Support and coordination with final wedding details, outstanding logistics, and last-minute items that need attention before the wedding day.
